Jaydenwasd Studios — August Update
I’m still booked into the same ransacked HomeBnB apartment in West Vinewood, where I’ve been staying
for the past month because it makes commuting to work easier. I would’ve left weeks ago, but the host
is this lovely 60-year-old auntie, and I don’t have the heart to cancel on her. Five stars for
hospitality. One star for structural integrity. I’m also pretty sure the Korean restaurant on the
ground floor is a money-laundering front. The bulgogi is to die for, though.
Lifeinvader called me last week about renovating its campus. Apparently, my experience in engineering,
property development, corporate consulting, and making extremely expensive ideas sound necessary made
me the perfect candidate. I’ve now designed Employee Park, a modest $3 billion outdoor space featuring
table tennis and a Lifeinvader vending machine that collects employee data with every purchase.
I also met with the studio to continue developing TetherShot, an experimental tether gun capable
of connecting almost anything together. Early testing has been promising, although Lester is still
technically part of the prototype.
Later this week, I have a few modeling gigs and photoshoots in Backlot City, and then I’m heading to
Tequi-la-la to watch Love Fist (I’M A HUGE FAN). I might go live too, assuming nobody asks me where the
Employee Park budget went.

Introducing Employee Park: corporate wellness, now with grass.
I’ve been helping Lifeinvader renovate several spaces as a design consultant and questionably
licensed landscape architect. My latest plan turns an unused corner of headquarters into Employee
Park—a shaded outdoor workspace with desks, table tennis, snacks, and one water cooler shared by the
entire company.
Management calls it a major investment in employee wellbeing. Employees call it “outside.” Access is
available during the approved daily morale window from 12:07 to 12:13, weather and productivity
targets permitting. The vending machine still accepts personal data instead of cash.
Met up with Trevor to test my new TetherShot invention. Lester is now part of the prototype.
The Unbreakable Tether is designed to connect practically anything to anything else. Trevor offered
his property for testing, Lester offered technical supervision, and I offered several warnings that
nobody listened to.
The good news is all four connections held perfectly. The bad news is Lester is currently serving as
a human calibration rig and Trevor keeps asking if we can “add more tension.” Lester has requested
workers’ compensation from three companies he does not work for.

Mike’s back in the Studio!
Huge thanks to goated COO Mike Mulholland for keeping the Jaydenwasd Studio employee cooler fully stocked.
After careful consideration, we’ve decided water, soda, healthy balanced meals, and other non-alcoholic beverages were taking up valuable space.
Employees now have access exclusively to hard liquor and champagne, courtesy of HAUTE, the restaurant he owns.
Productivity has never been less measurable.

The city has enough problems. I’m developing several more.
The next phase of Jaydenwasd Studios includes new businesses, experimental hardware, and properties
designed to make life in Los Santos more efficient, profitable, or structurally complicated.
The roadmap is not finalized. Legal reviewed the first draft and asked me to stop using the word
“road.”
One spare room became a citywide housing experiment.
HomeBnB is opening more doors across Los Santos. Hosts get a business, guests get somewhere to
sleep, and every neighbor gets a brand-new reason to attend the next homeowners’ meeting.

The demonstration was mostly controlled.
Today’s field test answered an important civic question: can emergency response times be reduced if
the emergency arrives before anyone calls? The answer is yes. The Fire Department has requested a
second meeting.

Stopped by to review the renovations. They asked for a fresh set of eyes, then covered every screen
the moment I entered the room.
A good office should make people want to work. A great office should make them forget how much user
data is stored directly beneath it. Progress on both fronts.
